Accommodation

There are 25 single rooms, 1 twin bedded and 2 double rooms. All are centrally heated and towels and bedding are provided.  There is a lift to the bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Adjacent to the rooms on each floor are sitting rooms, kitchenettes and bathrooms.

The main Conference Room can take up to 60 delegates for day groups with lunch.

There are also larger sitting rooms on the ground floor.

Places for Prayer

Downstairs Oratory: This very spacious room can seat up to 50 people.  It is often used for celebrations of Eucharist as well as private prayer and reflection.  A loop system is also available here.

Upstairs Oratory: The ambience of this room is more intimate and a loop system is also available here. This is very conducive to smaller groups. The view from the window overlooks the spacious gardens of Ladywell and surrounding countryside.

Ladywell Chapel:  We welcome all to spend time in this place where the community celebrate their daily Eucharist.  There is a beautiful mosaic above the sanctuary and some beautiful stained glass windows.

Catering

In line with our Franciscan tradition we offer wholesome, home cooked meals and can cater for vegetarian and diabetic diets.  Meals are served in a light, spacious dining room on the ground floor.

Ladywell has always been proud of the quality of its wholesome but simple Franciscan menu and in April 2011 our kitchens were inspected by Waverley and received the top rating for cleanliness and hygiene  under the new national food rating system.
